As someone that was raised in Texas, I’ve had a few briskets in my 40+ years. I love to smoke with the Texas Ranch rub. It’s my go-to. It’s got the right amount of everything. I’m a newbie to smoking and I just completed my reproducible brisket cook (with Texas Ranch) for the 3rd time and I’m super excited. I live in Colorado now and it’s nice to have a little taste of Texas on some brisket.
