Texas Flame And Smoke® is a small family owned and operated business located in the Bryan/College Station, TX area. Our office and storage facility are located in Bryan and we maintain an active website and social media venues to advance our products and our customers’ interests.

We first started this business as a challenge to design and produce the best tasting BBQ sauces in Texas. We think we have accomplished that goal. We have since expanded our product lines to dry rubs, seasonings, and specialty salts (smoked and flavor enhanced). Look for even more products to come as we continue to develop as a business.

We are a private labeler and our recipes of sauces, rubs, and seasonings were initially developed in our home kitchen. Because of large production runs, our products are now co-packed in the Houston, TX area. Our co-packers are reputable, established manufacturers meeting the highest safety and quality standards. We possess, as required by the state, a TX state food manufacturer’s license. Additional licensing and certifications include food handler’s licenses for our personnel and the “GO TEXAN” certification signifying that we are a Texas manufacturer. We adhere to GS1 UPC barcoding standards and maintain an adequate inventory of reserved barcodes for future products.

We strive to maintain stock inventories on a projected estimated demand and usually have an ample inventory of our products in our climate controlled storage facility ready to ship. We can provide local retail customers with immediate free delivery of minimum case quantities. We’re looking forward to providing you with more great products for your store inventory or your personal pantry.

Check back often to shop for our new lines of Specialty Sea Salts and Seasonings. We currently private label three smoked salts: Applewood, Hickory, and Mesquite. We also private label flavor infused Merlot Wine sea salt and Himalayan Pink salt. Our new lines of seasonings include our Southwest (mesquite) and our Southern Flare (hickory) lines of seasonings with mesquite and hickory wood smoked flavors. We hope to have even more products, including hot sauces, joining our product lines in the near future.

We want to thank all of our family, friends, and neighbors who so graciously acted as our official ‘testing crew’ and helped us create a line of products that we believe is a truly Texas-style experience. Try our BBQ Sauces: Ancho Original Mild, Original Chipotle Smoking Hot, and our new honey BBQ sauces, Jalapeno Honey, and Habanero Honey. Our Rubs and Seasonings now include: Texas Sweet Rub, Texas Ranch Brisket Rub, Wild Boar Pork Rub, Chicken Ranch Spicy Chicken Seasoning, Texas Star All Purpose Seasoning, Texas Zest Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Steak, Chicken, and Fajita seasonings in the Southwest (mesquite) and Southern Flare (hickory) lines, as well as an array of Smoked and Specialty Sea Salts.
